My wife and I decided to make the trek towards Dellinger Park for our annual Independence Day celebration Saturday evening for the fireworks display. What a disappointment. I don't know if they had technical difficulties or because of budget cuts, it was pitiful. It lasted about a whole 15 minutes. I'm sure that we're not the only ones that share this sentiment. For 15 minutes, why even bother, with fighting the traffic and all?
