Mr. Wigington was born April 20, 1966, in Cartersville, the son of Linda Ingram Wigington and the late, Wayne Wigington, was a carpenter, enjoyed hunting, playing with his grandchildren and was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his father and brother-in-law, Roy Gravley.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his daughter and son-in-law, Lacey and Dale Brown of Cartersville; grandchildren, Matthew and Chloe Robinson and Kenny Brown; his mother, Linda Wigington; sisters, Pam and Tammy Wigington, Misty Wiginton and her fiancé Adam Watson; nephews, Corey (Summer) Gravley, Thad Wigington; great niece, Payton Gravley; aunts, Joyce (Joe) Mulkey, Myrtle Ruth (Andy) Ingle; uncle, James (Shirley) Waits; very special aunt, Charlotte Ingram; special friends, Rhonda Robinson and Margaret Staples, and several cousins.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Aug. 20, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Owen Funeral Home with Rev. I.L. Smith officiating.
Burial will follow In Oak Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6 to 8 p.m.
Pallbearers will be Bo Mulkey, Michael Wigington, Adam Watson, Gary Knox, Eugene Bagley, Ralph Bagley and Gary Chapman. Honorary pallbearers will be Dennis Kennedy, Levi Robinson, Junior King, Donald Brock and Donald Strickland.
