* Jairus O'Neil Corey, 28, of 376 Old Mill Road, Apt. 1, Cartersville, reported to the jail and was charged with contempt of court - drug court.
* Eduardo Garcia, 18, of 102 Burnt Hickory Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license.
* Shermontay Miguel Hudson, 25, of 8 Larkspur Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
* Juan Espinosa Jazo, 32, of 3784 University Drive, Huntsville, Ala., was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.
* Hector Marroquin Lopez, 22, of 419 Charleston Lane, Lawrenceville, reported to the jail to serve a probate court sentence.
* Jessie Don Miller, 52, of 26 Cherokee Hills Drive, White, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
* Wayne Benton Poole, 45, of 1350 Bird Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act.
* Dana Martin Roberts, 52, of 24 Allatoona Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with DUI.
* Ricky Hoyt Roberts, 56, of 24 Allatoona Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with requiring or permitting unlawful operation of vehicle.
* Jamien Deon Simpkins, 20, of 3742 Cherokee St., Kennesaw, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
Sept. 5
* Terry Lover Carter, 28, of 745 Grassdale Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act and criminal trespass (FVA).
* Jerson Berillo Diaz, 26, of 724 Highway 293, Lot 40, Emerson, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with rape, burglary, aggravated sodomy, false imprisonment, interference with a 911 call, two counts of first-degree cruelty to children and two counts of third-degree cruelty to children.
* Michael William Nelson, 22, of 1079 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license withdrawn.
