According to scanner traffic, the man robbed at gunpoint Renasant Bank, formerly Crescent Bank & Trust, in Adairsville at 21 Eagle Parkway around 3:35 p.m.
The suspect is believed to be in the area of exit 290 on Interstate 75. Bartow County Sheriff's Deputies and other law enforcement agencies were searching the area about 5 p.m.
