Life flight was contacted to transport one of the injured men, but weather conditions would not permit flight. Both were transported by ambulance to medical facilities.
Tintoria Piana, located at 220 S. Erwin St. in Cartersville, is a fiber treatment facility dying natural and synthetic materials for the textiles and non-woven industries.
The incident occurred during a test in which the lid blew off of an empty vat.
