Sept. 26

* Cecily Yvonne Ballengee, 20, of 4462 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

* James Norman Greene Jr., 51, of 203 Walnut St., Valdosta, was arrested and charged with two counts of probation violation.

* Pearl Evelyn Hartley, 34, of 2295 Euharlee Road, Taylorsville, was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree forgery.

* Leobardo Valerlo Perez, 33, of 3619 Buford Highway, Unit G-3, Atlanta, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.

* Robert Samuel Vaughan, 47, of 30 Mountain Ridge Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by taking -- motor vehicle under the Family Violence Act.

* Bradley Clifford Wimpy, 21, of 42 Country Meadow Way, Cartersville, was transported to the jail and charged with two counts of probation violation.

Sept. 27

* Colinette Octavia Allen, 24, of 6 Jackson St., Rome, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI and following too closely.

* Holly Ann Hart, 20, of 146-A Donald Road, Canton, was arrested on agency assist -- Villa Rica Police Department.

* Katheryn Dianne Smith, 21, of 5590 Highway 20, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with simple assault.
