Funeral services will be held at 11 Saturday morning in the chapel of Collins Funeral Home with the Rev. Justin Gazaway officiating. Burial will follow in the Emerson Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Sue Smith of Rockmart; daughters, Nancy Garrett of Acworth, April Silver of Cartersville, Stephanie Cassar of Dallas and Paula Garrett of Rydal; sister, Lynn Scroggs of Rockmart; 12 grandchildren.
